This course is typically intended for people wishing to gain flexibility. Various stretches will be presented in order to work on the flexibility of the back, the gaps and the opening of the shoulders. A Streching – Flexibility class is an ideal complement to Pole Dance and Aerial classes.

It is open to all levels, everyone working at their own pace and according to their possibilities. This course is Mixed.

Pilates

PILATES

The Pilates method is a training and breathing technique invented by Joseph Pilates.

The work focuses on strengthening the center and softening the body. 

​

Series of floor exercises (mat pilates) will be offered to work on sheathing, strengthening, flexibility, fluidity, precision and breathing. Small equipment such as the Swissball, Pilates Ring or rubber bands can be used for the exercises.

Street Jazz

FLOOR BARRE

This class is ideal if you are looking to stretch and strengthen while performing exercises that will improve your lines, your poses, your grace, using exercises inspired by classical dance.

These exercises will be practiced mainly on the floor on a mat (unlike barre classes which are practiced with a classical ballet bar, standing).

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic discipline,   based on the synchronization of movement and breathing.

​​​​

This breathing will help you synchronize your movements, improve their fluidity, in order to be constantly in motion to link the postures (asanas) almost like a choreography.

 

In addition to eliminating toxins and toning you up, you will learn to link postures in a harmonious way, while raising awareness of your movements and your breath, by cultivating letting go and relaxation.

​

Vinyasa Yoga has many benefits such as: improving balance, flexibility and mobility. It helps to reduce stress, anxiety and release tension.
