Combining dance and gymnastics, Pole Dance is a fun activity that brings benefits such as: muscle strengthening, flexibility, self-confidence, grace, body control, development of creativity and artistic sense, slimming and toning.
The dance instrument is a vertical bar which is used to perform different dance moves as well as acrobatics. decreed as a sport since 2017 by the world association of international sports federations (GAISF) we are also working to have this discipline recognized in the eyes of all as a form of dance, gymnastics or an alternative to gyms and fitness centers.

Our classes are mixed,
open to young adults from 16 years old with written parental consent.
For those under 16, please consult our children's/teens courses.

Need to (re)work some figures learned in class ? The room is yours to train individually without the supervision of a teacher. (responsibility waiver to be signed at the entrance). This slot is free for holders of packs and subscriptions, charged 15.-/h for external students and students without a subscription.
